Our Wonderful World....

Today we have been talking about some of the wonderful sights that can be seen around our world. We looked at pictures of icebergs, the Earth from outer space, sunlight shimmering on the ocean to name a few. 

I have asked the children to have a think about a place they know or have visited that they really like. We'll be sharing our ideas in class and explaining to each other why we think it is wonderful. 

Sam, the holographic teddy came to school.....

Cherry class were the first class to talk to Sam yesterday - the children were amazed! Please ask them about it!

Planting cress seeds- what do they need to help them grow?

Hope you all had a good Easter - welcome back to school today!  

We have a new theme this half term - BLOOMING MARVELLOUS - and we've already started talking about planting and growth. 

Tomorrow we will start our cress seed planting - where will they grow the best?  The children are very excited about planting and growing things themselves!
