If you're looking for a nice App to help your child with reading....
If you're looking for a really nice App to help your child with their sounds, word building and reading, we really like the Hairy Phonics ones by Nessy. It does cost about £2.99 but I promise I'm not on commission!
Thank you, George!
The children were excellent during the talk by Mr George Lonsdale, a scientist, from the University of South Wales.
George told us about some of the world's endangered species and treated us to some lovely photographs.
He talked about his own experiences with sharks and snakes and reminded the children how they all can 'do their bit' to save the planet and the endangered species of our world.
The children had lots of questions for George and impressed him with their knowledge!

Following on from the success of previous Mother's Day Tea Parties, we will be holding the Cherry class Mother's Day tea this year on Friday, March 4th at 2pm in the school hall - we will, of course, be sending out invites in the very near future.
We'd love you to come!
